YAKIMA COUNTY COURTS REMAIN OPEN 

The Courts remain committed to ensuring access to justice for all members of our community.  Court hearings are being held by Zoom with both telephone and video options to help reduce transmission of the COVID-19 virus.  Please keep yourself informed by re-visiting our web pages as there may be changes.  

NOTICE: Superior Court has entered an Emergency Order Regarding Public Health in Yakima County Superior and Juvenile Courts with requirements regarding facial coverings, good hygiene, social distancing, courtroom capacities, etc.  Please click HERE to review the Court Order for further information.  If you are not feeling well you should not enter the courthouse.

Divorce Orientation classes are scheduled to be held via conference call. Number will be provided by the Facilitator.
