Appointing Sergio Garcia to the Yakima County Planning Commission.
Appointing Randy Tucker to the Supporting Investments in Economic Development (SIED) Board.
Awarding Bid for Hot Mix Asphalt and Gravel Products for the Yakima County Roads Department.
Fiscal Impact: Approximately $500,000 in Budgeted Material.
Amendment #6 to Agreement with Aramark Correctional Services for Food Services.
Fiscal Impact: Approximately $139,000 Monthly.
Adopting a 2023-2024 Pay Plan for Information Technology and Engineering Management Employees for Yakima County.

Amendment C to Washington State Department of Commerce Emergency Solutions Grant - COVID 19, Reducing the Total Grant Amount per Attachment A.
Fiscal Impact: Grant Reduced by $2,048,665.13 (from $4,338,183.00 to $1,929,517.87).
Modification #1 to Public Works Contract for Home Rehabilitation Program Project HM20-002.
Fiscal Impact: Modification Adds Additional $31,660.20 in Federal Funds.
Setting a Public Hearing to Approve Findings of Fact Supporting the Extension of a Moratorium Prohibiting the Establishment and Operation of Moderate to Large-Scale Solar Facilities Within the Unincorporated Area of Yakima County.
Interlocal Agreement Between Grant County and Yakima County Regarding Law Enforcement Services Related to Wanapum Indian Village.
Communications Services Agreement between the Sheriff's Office and Country Roads for 2023.
Fiscal Impact: $4,214.68 from County Roads to the Sheriff's Office.
Cancellation of Certain Personal Property Taxes as Certified by the County Treasurer as Uncollectible.
