Public Works Contract with Overhead Door Company of Yakima to Replace the Law Enforcement Exit Sally Port Door at the Yakima County Main Jail.

Fiscal Impact: Amendment Grants an Additional $2,000,000 to the Current $8,299,763 for a New Total of $10,299,763.
Amendment B to Emergency Rental Assistance 2.0 Professional Services Agreement with Geocko d.b.a FORWARD, Awarding Additional Funds to the Contract.
Fiscal Impact: Amendment Awards an Additional $2,000,000 to the Current $7,849,763, for a New Total of $9,849,763.
Amendment C to Emergency Rental Assistance 2.0 Professional Services Agreement with Geocko d.b.a. FORWARD, Awarding Additional Funds to the Contract.
Fiscal Impact: Amendment Awards an Additional $353,563 to the Current $6,543,771.34, for a New Total of $6,897,334.34.
Authorizing the Public Services Director to Enter into Contracts for Emergency Repair of Private Property Due to a Waterline Break in the Terrace Heights Water System.
