Setting a Public Hearing Date to Consider Changing Ordinance No. 5-2021, Which Sets the Maximum Speed Limit for all Vehicles Traveling Upon Certain County Roads or Parts of such Roads Outside Incorporated Cities and Towns within Yakima County.

Interlocal Agency Agreement with the City of Moxee to Allow Yakima County to Act as the On-Call Certified Acceptance Agency on Federally Funded Projects.

Personal Services Agreement with Tony Hillerman for Chaplain Services at Yakima County Department of Correction.
Fiscal Impact; $21.88 per Hour, Maximum of 60 Hours per Month
Accenture LLC Change Order to the Phase 2 Deployment Statement of Work to Remove the Learning Management Component.
Fiscal Impact: Will Reduce the Original Statement of Work by $108,680
Additions/Deletions to Budgeted Positions in Department 440 (District Court), Fund 115 (Sales Tax-District Court) and Fund 182 (HOME Investment Partnership Program- Human Services).
Fiscal Impact: Funding of all Changes will be Absorbed within the Existing Department Budget Levels for 2021.
Authorizing Advertisement for Proposal for the Transportation, Processing, and Recycling/Disposal of Used Motor Oil, Spent Antifreeze and Filters for the Solid Waste Division.

License Agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation to Allow the Construction and Maintenance of a Setback Levee and Other Floodplain Restoration Actions, on Properties Owned by WSDOT Downstream from SR-24; in Furtherance of Section 1135 GAP to Gap Ecosystem Restoration Project.

Deposit and Distribution of Public Utilities Privilege Taxes for 2020.

Calling for an Election of the Levy Renewal of a County Special Purpose Sales and Use Tax for Criminal Justice and Public Safety Purposes.
