This information will allow us to assist you and resolve your concern more quickly.

2. Will I receive a monthly statement?

No, but you have the option to hear your account balance every time you receive a call from the inmate.

5. After I have used my $25 or $50 prepaid amount, can I cancel the pre-paid account and have collect calls charged through my local telephone company?

Once telephone numbers are set up as a prepaid account, customers are not able to switch to another form of billing.
