Appeals to Superior Court
The below applies to matters that are appealed to Superior Court from a Court of lower jurisdiction or an agency ruling/decision.
The Clerk's Office does not have any forms for these types of matters.
Prior to filing a Notice of Appeal to Superior Court, check with the originating Court or Agency to determine what their procedures and costs are to appeal their final decision(s). You will need to contact them directly for the forms and instructions. It is highly advisable that you consult with an attorney to determine the best legal approach to ensure your interests are represented in Superior Court, and possibly courts of a higher jurisdiction.
