[ARCHIVED] Feasibility Study RFP-Yakima Health District

The Yakima Health District is requesting proposals for an independent feasibility study of adding generators to the Sundome Building, the Deccio Building, Pioneer Hall, and the Modern Living Building on the State Fair Park property in order to provide service to the community, using these buildings during an emergency.  The purpose of the possible addition of generators in these buildings is to prepare and permit the buildings to be used as an Alternate Care Facility (ACF) and/or Federal Medical Station (FMS) during an area wide emergency and/or as needed for medical surge operations.  These buildings are located at 1301 S. Fair Avenue in Yakima, WA.  98901.  This Request for Proposals (RFP(s) details; a) the general terms and conditions of the engagement, b) the scope of the engagement and services required, and c) the formatting submission requirements in response to the RFP.

All requests for clarification or for additional information must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on January 12, 2018 to:

Four copies of each respondent’s proposal shall be mailed or delivered to the address noted above on or before 5:00 PM on January 26, 2018.  Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
