Funds are to be used for eligible activities that provide affordable housing thatbenefit very low-income to moderately low-income residents residing in Yakima County. A minimum of fifteen percent (15%) of the total HOME allocation must be used to fund projects that are owned, operated and developed by certified Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs).
