YAKIMA, WA – Yakima County HOME Consortium and the Board of County Commissions are soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) from non-profit and for-profit agencies to award federal HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) and local Senator House Bill (SHB) 2060 Affordable Housing (2060) funds as match. Funds are to be used for eligible activities that provide affordable housing that
benefit very low-income to moderately low-income residents residing in Yakima County. A minimum of fifteen percent (15%) of the total HOME allocation must be used to fund projects that are owned, operated and developed by certified Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs). Application and Instruction Packets are available on the Yakima County HOME Consortium Website
until Friday, April 17th, 2020.
