IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT NOVEMBER 4, 2024
The Washington Courts computer systems are experiencing a technical outage that is impacting local trial courts. As a result, the Court, Court Administration and the Clerk’s Office does not have access to its case management system and is temporarily unable to provide public information related to calendars or individual Superior Court cases.
The outage will temporarily hinder the Court’s access to electronic case files and JABS reports, limit Pretrial Services’ ability to prepare criminal court paperwork, and the Clerk’s ability to accept e-filed documents.
Until further notice, it is imperative to focus contact with the Court and the Clerk’s Office in paper, including new filings and Bench Copies.
