At this time, cases previously assigned to Alliance One are not considered to be in collections. Defendants may make payment arrangements directly with the Court or Probation.
Any interest or collection fees previously assessed by Alliance One have been removed, and the balance reflected in JIS/LawBase represents the actual amount owed.
Please note: Cases assigned to YCCS will remain with YCCS and are not affected by this change.
