2. **Remote appearance is not approved for TRIALS unless prior permission has been obtained from the court.**  

    

   Requests must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the hearing date/time.  We will email the appropriate Zoom information after 4:00 PM the afternoon prior to the hearing date.  If the request is submitted less than 2 court days prior to the hearing date, you will also need to notify the Court Administrator's Office at 509-574-2721.  

    

   Online requests made the day of the hearing may not be received/processed prior to the hearing.
