If you are in the military, a military spouse or dependent, or if you are living outside of the United States, you have many options for registering to vote and for voting.
The Help America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002 implemented many changes to the electoral process ensuring all voters have an opportunity to vote privately and independently.
By mail - No postage is required. - Mailing your ballot on election day? It must be postmarked no later than election day to be valid. Be sure to check the last pick-up or collection time if you use a blue collection box on election day.
