2025 Medical Detoxification Services RFP

Application Information

This grant aims to fund costs related to establishing a medically monitored withdrawal management facility including crisis stabilization in Yakima County. This competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) is open to all legally constituted entities that meet the specified eligibility criteria. Awards will be made for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030.

Applications for the 2025 Medical Detoxification Services RFP will be accepted between Friday, October 17, 2025 and Monday, November 17, 2025 at 8:00 AM PDT. Applications must be submitted via the Jotform Portal.

The Human Services department will host one Information Session to answer questions about the application process. The Information Session is optional, free, and open to any interested applicants. Please register at the links provided below:

Additional technical assistance can be requested directly from Human Service Department Staff. Help sessions can be provided via email, by phone, or in-person, and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants are strongly encouraged to schedule appointments for technical assistance as early as possible, to ensure availability of staff time.
