REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS
- Choose a non-profit agency. (A church is considered a non-profit agency)
- After you complete your hours the agency should provide you with a letter on their letterhead and a business card of the person who supervised you.
- Return to probation with the completion letter and the $40.00 monitoring fee. If you are on probation there is not a $40.00 monitoring fee.
Please note:
If you are reporting directly to the court that ordered you to complete Community Service, you are not required to pay the $40 fee and you should deliver the above mentioned letter to the court upon completion.
