Dog Licensing
- The Yakima County Sheriff’s Office issues dog licenses to the residents living in the unincorporated areas of Yakima County.
- Application can be made in person, by mail or online. See links below.
- Proof of current rabies vaccination is mandatory
- Proof of spay/neuter if applicable
- Dog License Application Form
- Mail or bring to the office with cash or check payment
- Online Dog License Application
- A separate application and payment is required for each animal.
- Online system & credit card fees apply
Kennel Licensing
- Proof of current rabies vaccination for each dog is mandatory
- Kennel Application approval is contingent upon a satisfactory ACO kennel inspection
