Marriage ceremonies are performed by Judges. All Judges are able to perform ceremonies in Spanish. Ceremonies are performed after hours and at North Town Coffeehouse, 32 N Front St. Yakima, WA 98901. Fees will vary depending on time of day, day of week, and location of the marriage ceremony. See fee list below.
After 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and after 5:00 p.m. on Saturday's Judge will quote fee.
Judges may perform the marriage ceremony three days after the date the marriage license was issued. Marriage licenses may be obtained in the Yakima County Auditor's office on the first floor of the Yakima County Courthouse.
You must appear at the ceremony with two competent witnesses. A competent witness is someone who is capable of understanding the nature of the proceeding.
