THROUGH THE ADMINISTRATICE OFFICE OF THE Courts (AOC).
EFILING IS ONLY FOR SUPERIOR COURT CASE FILINGS
WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AS WE NAVIGATE THIS NEW SERVICE.
LOCAL CLERK POLICIES WILL BE DEVELOPED AND UPDATES AS NEEDED.
REGISTRATION AND TRANINING: To register, select the eFileWA link above. Tyler Technologies offers free online training videos, webinars, and written documentation on how to electronically file documents using eFileWA. It is strongly recommended you review the “Information for Filers” section on the registration page. All case filings must follow the eFileWA document Order.
E-FILEWA SUPPORT & ASSISTANCE: EFS is hosted by Tyler Technologies, which provides customer support to users; court staff have a limited ability to assist with technical e-file questions and problems. If you experience a problem with eFileWA or registration due to technical issues with the application, please contact EFS Support:

EX-PARTE: Ex-Parte filings should not utilize this platform but continue following the courts ex-parte process.
CIVIL PROTECTION ORDER (CPO): Civil Protection Order Filings will not be accepted through eFileWA. Please continue following the protection order procedures currently in effect.
